an ihr Kassensystem des Anbieters CashControl sind derzeit TSE-Module der D-Trust GmbH angeschlossen. D-Trust ist ein Unternehmen der Bundesdruckerei. Die TSE-Module dienen der Aufzeichnung von Transaktionen in ihrem Kassensystem und damit zur Einhaltung von Regularien gegen\u00fcber den Finanzbeh\u00f6rden.<\/p>\n

Wir hatten Sie bereits Ende Sepetmber dar\u00fcber informiert, dass diese TSE-Module der D-Trust GmbH aller Voraussicht nach am 7.1.2023 ihre Zulassung verlieren.<\/p>\n

Zwischenzeitlich hat das Bundesministerium der Finanzen (BMF) best\u00e4tigt, dass die TSE-Module der D-Trust GmbH ihre Zulassung verlieren und zugleich eine \u00dcbergangsregelung ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die f\u00fcr den Austausch der TSE-Module eine \u00dcbergangsfrist bis zum 31. Juli 2023 vorsieht. Um diese \u00dcbergangsfrist in Anspruch zu nehmen zu d\u00fcrfen, m\u00fcssen Sie Ihr zust\u00e4ndiges Finanzamt schriftlich oder elektronisch kontaktieren.<\/p>\n

Der Hersteller der bei Ihnen eingesetzten Kassensoftware CashControl Kassensysteme GmbH empfiehlt ab sofort der Einsatz des TSE-Moduls der Swissbit AG in seinen Produkten und hat die Implementierung dieser Module jetzt abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n

Sehr gerne w\u00fcrden wir Ihre TSE-Module schnellstm\u00f6glich austauschen. Auch wenn das Upgrade des Kassenmanagers remote erfolgen kann, m\u00fcssen die Upgrades der einzelnen Kassen leider vor Ort vorgenommen werden. <\/p>\n
